Wladyslaw "Walter" Petronczak

Petronczak, Wladyslaw “Walter”, 69 of Fairfield, passed away on December 15, 2023. Beloved husband of Maria (Mychalyk) Petronczak. Loving father to Walter Petronczak and his wife Oliana. Devoted grandfather to Eva Petronczak. Dear brother to Maria Kalymon, Anna Szewczyk, Teresa Koziol and Olga Szewczyk. Walter is pre-deceased by his two brothers, John and Wasyl Petronczak.

Walter was born in Lubin, Poland and emigrated to the United States at 14 years old, where he eventually called Fairfield his home for over 40 years. He was an Electronic Technician with Bobst Group in Roseland, NJ and CTC in Caldwell, NJ. Walter was a parishioner of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church in Passaic. Walter also loved spending time with and adored his cat Kicha.

.Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel – 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 9:00 AM then to St. Nicholas’ Ukrainian Catholic Church, 217 President Street, Passaic at 10 AM. Interment prayers will be held in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Saddle Brook. Visitation will be on Monday, December 18, 2023 from 5 pm to 8 pm.
