William N. Koster,Jr.77 of Passaic passed away on December 12, 2019. Beloved brother of Penny De Picciotto. Mr. Koster worked for the United States Post Office for 40 years where he retired as a Supervisor. He Served in the NJ National Guard. Funeral Services were private.
