Bucher, Walter Jr.,67, of Wayne on November 27, 2007. Beloved husband of 46 years to Marie (Van Haeren). Loving father to Peggy & her husband Robert Keith of Vernon, Walter III & his wife Donna of Kinnelon, and Michael & his wife Joy of Ogdensburg, NJ, Brother to William of Totowa, Nancy Czaszar of Clifton, Peter of Chattanooga, TN & the late Harold. Grandfather to Christopher Keith, Heather Keith, Melinda Keith, Elizabeth Keith, Tiffany Bucher, Brittany Bucher & Michael Bucher. Mr. Bucher was born in Paterson and lived the last 39 years in Wayne. He had been a truck mechanic for his entire working career. An avid fisherman and hunter, Walter loved to salt water fish at Sandy Hook and deer hunt in Roscoe, NY. He was a member of the Totowa Elks Lodge and was a member of the National Rifle Association. Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Saturday at 10 AM. Cremation East Ridgelawn Cemetery. Visiting Friday 2-4 7-9 Memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
