Stanley Joseph Makowski

Makowski, Stanley Joseph, 84, of Barnegat, formerly of Clifton, on March 23, 2010. Beloved husband of the late Catherine (Azario) Makowski. Loving father to Stanley Makowski Jr. of Lantana, Florida and Joan Mullin of Clifton. Brother to Rita Klunder of East Elmhurst, NY and the late Stephen Makowski Jr. Mr. Makowski was born in the Bronx, NY and lived in Clifton for 50 years before moving to Barnegat; he was an Electrician at Ford Motor Company for 14 years and at Becton Dickinson in Orangeburg, NY, prior he worked at Hewitt Robbins in Passaic and Banner Plastics in Paterson. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII and a member of the VAW Local #906 in Mahwah, he was a parishioner of St. Mary s RC Church in Barnegat and a former parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle RC Church in Clifton. Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Friday at 10:15 AM then Funeral Mass at St. Philip the Apostle RC Church at 11 AM. Interment Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
