Savvas Doris

Doris, Savvas, 79, of Clifton on July 22, 2010. Beloved husband of Effrossini Syntrikos Doris. Loving father to Dimitrios Jimmy Doris and Panagiota and her husband Gerasimos Jerry Dimitratos of Clifton. Grandfather to Katerina, Andreas and Savvas. Brother to Vasilios Doris of Clifton, Angeliki Tsapralis of Greece and the late Nick Doris, Andreas Doris and Efrosini Spyropoulos. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Doris was born in Sanga, Greece and came to the U.S. in 1966 settling in Clifton; before retiring he was a Cook at The Hot Grill in Clifton for 34 years. He was a member of St. George GO Church in Clifton. Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Monday at 9:45 am then to St. George GO Church at 10:30 am. Interment East Ridgelawn Cemetery. Visiting Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
