Salvatore Sperlazzi

Sperlazzi, Salvatore, 94, of Clifton on March 27, 2009. Beloved husband of the late Ruth Sperlazzi (Webster). Loving father to Robert Sperlazzi of Newton, NJ and Richard Sperlazzi of Gray, Maine. Grandfather to Jessie Colin Sperlazzi. Brother to the late Vincenza De Liberto, Frank and Anthony Sperlazzi. Mr. Sperlazzi was born in New York City and moved to Passaic in 1915 and resided in the Passaic Clifton area his entire life. He was a General Foreman at Passaic Valley Water for 35 years, he was a Navy Veteran of WWII and a parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church in Clifton. He was member of the American Legion Post #200 in Passaic and a Baseball Coach for 7 years for the Passaic Lion s Club Little League. Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Monday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass at St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church Clifton at 10 AM. Entombment Calvary Cemetery. Visiting Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
