Salvatore T. Pipitone

Salvatore T. Pipitone, 98 of Clifton, New Jersey passed on May 25, 2022. Preceded in death by loving sister, Jennie L. Pipitone of Clifton, brother Ignatius J. Pipitone and his wife Marion of Winter Springs, Florida. Dear Uncle to Patrica Lesko and her husband Eric of Oviedo, Florida, Deborah Rothrock and her husband Philip of Sanford, Florida, Caroline Nicosia and her husband Gerard of Shelby Township, Michigan. He is also survived by Grand Nieces and Nephews, Erica Finlay and her husband Steven and by Justin Rothrock and his wife Maleah, Matthew Nicosia and Jason Nicosia and his wife Corey, also by Great Grand Nieces and Nephews, Josephine, Remington, Vincent and Genevieve Nicosia.

Salvatore was born in Passaic, New Jersey and lived in Clifton, New Jersey since 1965; he was an office administrator at Beecham Products in Clifton. He served overseas in the US Army during World War II and fought in the Battle of the Bulge. He was very proud of his Italian heritage and enjoyed a good home cooked meal. He loved Opera, Baseball, Football, Cross Word Puzzles and good conversation with family and friends.

Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel – 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton on Thursday, June 9th, 2022 at 9:15 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church at 10 AM. Interment at St. Nicholas Cemetery. Visiting on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022 from 4 pm to 7 pm.
