Breda, Richard, 89, of Garfield, passed away on May 22, 2018. Beloved uncle of Donna Benevenga of Woodland Park and dear friend of Lynn La Placa.
Mr. Breda was a lifelong Garfield resident and a self-employed house painter. He served in the US Army.
