Ricardo Cancel

Cancel, Ricardo, 80, of Garfield on April 12, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Anna Lydia Cancel. Loving father of Junior Cancel of Garfield, Luz Rodriguez of Garfield, Lillian Ocasio of Garfield and the late Richard Cancel. Dear Brother of Gabriel Velez of, Iris Velez, Maria Ramirez and Marcela Velez, all of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by five grandchildren. Mr. Cancel was born in San German, Puerto Rico and lived in Garfield for more than 20 years. He was a Cabinet Maker at US Art and Metal in Newark for 20 years. He was a member of the Congregation of Yahweh in Paterson. Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Monday at 10 AM. Interment Laurel Grove Cemetery. Visiting Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
