Ric P. Serrano

Ric P. Serrano of Lodi, entered eternal life on Sunday, October 22nd, 2023; he was 69. Ric was born in Angeles City, Philippines on March 4th, 1954 to Jose and Irene (Pingul). Ric emigrated to the United States in the early 80’s, where he planted his roots right away in New Jersey. Ric was a man who loved the little things in life like FaceTime/visits from his granddaughter and going out to eat and savoring foods from different regions. He also enjoyed traveling the world and experiencing different cultures. He was learned and constantly fed his hunger for knowledge on a daily basis. Having received his bachelors in engineering he was able to maintain his professional career in this field before his next destination, Las Vegas. Ric moved to Las Vegas to become a pit boss at the Flamingo, where after a while he eventually retired. His greatest passion was his family especially his son, his daughter and his granddaughter, his “Lovely One”. He is survived by his two loving children, Erin T. Cruz and her husband Gerald C. Cruz, Ric T. Serrano, his cherished granddaughter Xia, his siblings Susan and her husband Leonardo Francisco, Rolando and his wife Ling Chow, and Rogelio and his wife Rose. Ric was predeceased by his wife Marylene, and his brothers Romeo and Rafael. Visiting 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm, on Saturday October 28th, 2023, at Marrocco Memorial Chapel, 470 Colfax Ave. Clifton, NJ 07013.
