Lodato, Renate (Berdondini), 93, of Clifton on September 16, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Larry Lodato. Loving mother of Elsa Giaconia of Clifton and Dominick Lodato of Arizona. Devoted grandmother to Gina Karlicki, Lisa Smith and Bart C. Giaconia. Dear Great Grandmother to Madeline & Gus Karlicki and Ben, Lexie & Nathan Smith. Mrs. Lodato was born in Germany and came to the U.S. in 1947 settling in Brooklyn before moving to Clifton over 43 years ago. She was a Sales Associate at Woolworth Department Store in Paterson. She was a parishioner of St. Paul RC Church in Clifton. Funeral Service on Thursday at 10 AM at the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton. Interment Calvary Cemetery Woodside, NY. Visiting Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
