Peter Rusynko

Rusynko, Peter, 96 of Totowa, passed away on October 1, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Maria (Sotocka) Rusynko. Loving father to Orest Rusynko & his wife Irene of Totowa, Roman Rusynko & his wife Barbara of Lititz, PA, and Stefan Bohdan Rusynko of Gaithersburg, MD. Grandfather to Tanya Bosco & her husband Gregg, Tatiana McGrath & her husband Russell & Oksana Rusynko. Great Grandfather to Sophia Bosco. Brother to Antonina Rotko and Maria Tarbaj.

Peter was born in Pantna, Poland and lived in Yonkers, NY then Totowa for many years. He was a Foreman for Hamilton Construction in Westchester, NY. He was a member of St. Michael’s Ukrainian Catholic Church in Yonkers, NY and St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church in Passaic.

Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel – 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 8:45 AM then to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 9:30 AM. Interment Holy Spirits Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery in Hamptonburgh, NY. Visiting on Wednesday 6 – 8 PM and Thursday from 2 – 4 PM & 7 – 9 PM. Parastas Thursday at 8 PM. In Lieu of flowers donations in Peter's memory can be made to the St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church Elevator Fund.
