Naomi Tontsits

Tontsits, Naomi (Mezzomo), 94, of Garfield on July 14, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Stephen Tontsits. Loving mother to Melody Stepneski and her husband Craig of Clifton. Grandmother to Nicole and Bryan. Sister to the late Corinne Soccol, Chelsa Venturelli, Charles and Ulderico Mezzomo. Mrs. Tontsits was born in Clifton and lived in Garfield since 1955. She was a Mender at Botany Woolen Mills in Clifton for 20 years. She was a member of the Women s Auxiliary American Legion Post 347 in Clifton and the Fire Company Auxiliary #3 in Garfield. Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Saturday at 9:15 am followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Brendan RC Church at 10 am. Entombment Calvary Cemetery. Visiting Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Clifton Mustang Marching Band c/o Dawn Ihle 27 Lockwood Place, Clifton NJ 07012.
