Margaret De Vries

De Vries, Margaret Mary (Walsh), age 99, resident of Fayetteville, NC & Mount Vernon, VA. (Formerly of Passaic) passed peacefully with her children at her side on October 14, 2010 at the Inova Hospital, Mount Vernon, VA. She was the wife of the former Passaic Superintendent of Weights and Measures Paul De Vries (deceased) . Mother to Col. US Army Retired Paul T. De Vries of Mt Vernon, VA. and Priscilla DeVries Hambly of Fayetteville, NC. She is the grandmother of Mark F. Anderson of Boise, Idaho, Ms. Nancy G. Anderson of Boulder Colorado, Mrs. Deborah Beins of Rockville, Maryland, Mrs. Susan Dawn of Spotsylvania, VA and Beth Casey of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren. Friends and family are invited to celebrate her life from 7 -9 pm on Tuesday October 19, 2010 at the Powell-Marrocco Funeral Home 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton, NJ 07013. A mass of Christian burial will take place on 10 AM Wednesday October 20,2010 at St. Nicholas Roman Catholic Church 155 Washington Place Passaic, NJ 07055. Interment following at St. Nicholas Cemetery , Lodi, NJ
