Louis Tomasella

Tomasella, Louis, 81, of Little Falls on December 19, 2009. Beloved husband of the late Rose Coan. Loving father to Frank Tomasella & his wife Gloria of Millstone Twp., Thomas Tomasella & his wife Ana of Boonton Twp. & Lisa Tomasella & her husband Tom Skorka of Cedar Grove. Brother of Maria Antoniazzi & Guiseppena Borsai both of Italy. Brother in law to Lydianna Coan of Clifton and Joseph Coan of Woodland Park. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren. Mr. Tomasella was born in Cimetta, Italy and came to the Us in 1951 settling in Passaic and lived in Clifton before moving to Little Falls 26 years ago. He was the owner of Louis Tomasella Tile for 40 years. Mr. Tomasella was a parishioner of Sacred Heart RC Church Clifton where for many years he cooked for the annual Polenta Suppers. He was Past President for 25 years of the Italian American Family Association & the Old Friends Beneficial Club both of Clifton. Mr. Tomasella was award the title Cavalieri by the Italian Government in 2005. Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Wednesday at 9:15 AM followed by a 10 AM mass at Sacred Heart RC Church. Entombment Calvary Cemetery. Visiting Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
