Lillian E. Lasica

Lasica, Lillian (Sporn), 94 of Elmwood Park, passed away on January 10, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Emil Lasica. Loving mother to Kathy Schiro, Joseph Lasica, and the late George Lasica; she is survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by three sisters and a brother.

Lillian was born in Passaic and lived in New Britain, CT for 13 years. She was a waitress at Steve’s Restaurant in Fair Lawn, prior to that she worked at Friedman’s Embroidery in Passaic & Forstmann Woolen in Garfield.
She was a parishioner of St. Anne’s RC Church in Fair Lawn and a member of the Friendship Club & AARP.

Visiting on Saturday, January 21st, 2017 from 10 AM to 12 Noon, followed by a Memorial Service at 12 PM at the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lillian to the Sisters of Mercy, c/o Kathy Schiro, Mount Saint Mary, 1645 Rt. 22 W, Watchung, NJ 07069 would be appreciated.
