Leonard Tanzillo

Tanzillo, Leonard, 82, of Paterson on June 20, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Gloria Elsie Tanzillo (Lasasso). Loving father to Kathy Natoli and her husband Thomas of Austin, TX; Lisa Alfano and her husband Frank of Diamondale, MI and Anthony Tanzillo of Paterson, NJ. Devoted grandfather of Katherine, Melissa and Emily Natoli. Brother of Marian Vargo of Ridgewood and Anita Andelora and her husband John of Haledon. Mr. Tanzillo was born in Passaic and moved to Paterson in 1962. He attended Paterson Technical School and worked as a typesetter for the Newark Star Ledger for 20 years retiring in 1995. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of CWA-ITU Union in Colorado. Leonard was an avid Yankee fan. Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Saturday at 10 AM. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Visiting Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
