Joseph E Zack

Zack, Jr., Joseph Edward (Sonny) 88, of Southampton, New Jersey, formerly from Clifton, N.J. passed away February 8, 2014.He was born in Bloomfield, NJ, on August 8, 1925, to the late Mary and Joseph Zack. Joe served in the Navy during WWII and was honorably discharged as a Gunner s Mate Third Class. Joe is survived by his wife, Ann (Pignatello) Zack; daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Roger Hall; grandchildren Ken (Stephanie) Zack, Jennifer (Paul) Kokora, Jon (Jen) Hall, Dave (Chrystal) Hall, Ryan (Mindi Lamb) Hall, Marie (Ryan) Harp and Phil Hall; nine great grandchildren, Annmarie, Alexandra, Ava Rose, Kaitlin, Zackary, Jon Jr., Eddie, Jessica, Jacob and numerous nieces and nephews. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, siblings and daughter, Maryann. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 4:00pm 8:00pm at Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton. A funeral service celebrating his life will be held the following day on Friday, February 14, 2014 at 10:00am at St. Philip the Apostle Church - 797 Valley Road, Clifton, New Jersey. An interment service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, February 14, 2014 in the Chapel at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, New Jersey
