Joseph Longo Jr.

Longo, Joseph Jr., age 81, passed away peacefully on June 2, 2020 from complications of a long term illness. He was born in Paterson, New Jersey on December 29, 1938 to Joseph and Peggy Longo.
He was a police officer in Bloomingdale, NJ, a Regional Supervisor for NJ Transit and in 1989 moved to Florida until moving back to NJ in 2018 to be with his siblings, children and grandchildren. Joe had a love of horses, owning several in his lifetime. If Joe was born in the west during the 1800’s, he would have truly fit in as a cowboy.
He is survived by his loving children, Lisa Mazza and her husband Chris of Wantage, NJ, Joseph Longo and his wife Erin of Jefferson, NJ, Jody Colucci and her husband Steve of Clifton, NJ; his beloved grandchildren Cheyenne and Zachary Mazza, Nichole and Ashley Longo, Massimo and Lucenzo Colucci; sister Estermarie Honeywell of Pompton Lakes, NJ, a brother Robert Longo and his wife Agnes of Wayne, NJ, along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews and cousins. Rest in peace Kemosabe.
