John Polowczak

Polowczak, John, 99 of Garfield, passed away on October 20, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Barbara (Kuz). Loving father of Michael Polowczak and Maria Moch. Devoted grandfather to Shanya Gilmore, Steven and Andrew Moch. Dear great grandfather to Alexander, Miles, Hailey & Riley Moch.

Mr. Polowczak was born in Ukraine and came to the United States in 1950 settling in Passaic before moving to Garfield in 1958. He was a member of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church in Passaic. He was a welder for Hoffman La Roche in Nutley for 28 years retiring in 1985.

Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel - 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 9:15 AM then to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10 AM. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery – Saddle Brook. Visiting Friday from 2PM to 4 PM. Parastas on Friday at 3 PM.
