Jack Fortunato

Fortunato, Jack, 92, of Clifton on May 7, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Gloria Fortunato. Loving father to John Fortunato of North Haledon, Angela Marchioni of Clifton and Lisa McDonald of Clifton. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Mr. Fortunato was born and raised in the Bronx. NY and moved to Clifton in 1953. He was a Safety Supervisor at Food Fair in Linden for 25 years; after that he worked at the Clifton Public Library for 10 years. He was a Major of the Marine Corps having served during World War II. He was a parishioner of St. Paul RC Church in Clifton and a Member of the Deriter Club in Clifton. Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Friday at 10:15 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Paul RC Church at 11 AM. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Visiting Thursday 4-8 PM. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Randolph Specal Needs Trust In Honor of Jack Randolph 721 Ambleside Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808.
