Irene Subtelny

SUBTELNY, Irene, on Tuesday, December 29, 2015, of Passaic. Loving aunt of Matthew and Peter Subtelny. Dear sister of the late Daniel Subtelny and sister- in- law of Patricia Subtelny. Born in Newark, she lived in Clifton before moving to Passaic in 1966. Before retiring, Irene worked in sales for Komar Industries in Port Jervis, NY. She was a parishioner of the Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church, Clifton and served as the church’s secretary and treasurer for 35 years. Irene worked with the Mental Health Group, Clifton and a member of ZONTA, Passaic County Chapter.

Visitation will be held at the Assumption Orthodox Church, 35 Orange Ave., Clifton on Saturday, January 9th, 2016 from 9:00- 10:00 am, followed immediately by the Funeral Service. Interment at East Ridgelawn Cemetery. Arrangements by Marrocco Memorial Chapel, 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton.
