Helen Worschak

Worschak, Helen (Prypchan), 92 of Totowa, entered into eternity on November 14, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Peter Worschak. Loving mother of Richard Worschak of Linden and Rev. D.George Worschak a priest of the Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Philadelphia for nearly 36 years and caregiver to Mom. Helen is also survived by one sister, Nadia Danzi of Hawthorne. Mrs. Worschak was born in Passaic and lived in Totowa for many years. She was a bookkeeper at First National Bank in Passaic for 10 years , then a Finance Officer for 8 years with Filigree in Totowa. She was called "Helene" by many of her co-workers. She also taught kindergarten classes at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic School. She was a member of the St. Nicholas Choir, the Ukrainian Folk Dance Group in Passaic, the PTF at St. Nicholas School, the Ukrainian National Association in Passaic , St. Nicholas Seniors and the Totowa Seniors Club. Funeral at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church on Saturday November 22, 2014 at 9 AM Interment Calvary Cemetery.
