Gina Mojsl (Marino), 69 of Fort Myers, FL, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2024. Beloved wife of Paul Mojsl. Gina was born in Passaic to Severino and Maria (Stampone) Marino. Her parents passed away some time ago, but she has 3 loving uncles, Joseph Stampone, Frank Stampone, and Gino Martino. Her cousins are Nancy Metz, Daniel Martino, Ray Stampone, Jackie Luciano, and Nicole Stampone.
Gina was a member of St. Anthony's Church in Passaic and attended St. Anthony's School. From there, she attended Pope Pius XII High School in Passaic where she graduated with honors. During her adolescent years, she loved to read, she joined the reading club at Passaic Public Library. One summer Gina had read 250 books, the most in the group. She performed some works of Charity by becoming a candy striper where she donated her time as a volunteer helper at the local hospital. After high school, Gina attended Villanova University, where she obtained her BS degree and then went onto the School of Law at Vermont University where she obtained her law degree. She passed both the New Jersey and New York Bar exams approximately 40 years ago and became a member of their State Societies. Her employment included Assistant Prosecutor for the cities of Hackensack and Newark, New Jersey. Upon her marriage to Paul, she moved to Naples and Fort Myers, Florida.
Funeral from Marrocco Memorial Chapel, 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton on Thursday, September 12th, 2024 at 9:15 AM then to St. Philip the Apostle RC Church in Clifton at 10 AM. Interment at Calvary Cemetery. Visiting on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024 from 6 PM to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Alzheimer's Association.
