Mr. Emil J. Berta, 87 of Garfield, NJ on August 14, 2007. Mr. Berta was a Licensed Funeral Director for over 60 years working for the Becker Funeral Home in Westwood. He was a World War II Army Air Corp Veteran. He is predeceased by his wife Eleanor who passed away in 1985 and a brother Joseph & a sister - Mary Labash Surviving is his nephews Charles Labash, Jack Labash,Jon Pojedic,Leonard Pojedic, Donald Pojedic,Curtis Orr & his neices - Cynthia Ghiz & Pamela Perler a Great niece Coley Orr - Garfield, and sisters Dorothy Goobec of Coral Lake, FL and Emeline Pojedinic of Hamburg, NJ. Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel on Saturday,9:15am. Funeral Mass at Most Holy Name RC Church 10AM. Entombment Calvary Cemetery. Visiting Saturday 8:15 - 9:15 AM
