Elliot was born in Newark and lived in Boonton. He was an Inspector for the City of Clifton Housing Department for 10 years.
Visiting on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Marrocco Memorial Chapel – 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Clare RC Church at 11 AM. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
