Loving father of Donna Marie & her husband Richard Snook & Barbara Anne & her husband Donald Outer. Grandfather of Mark Snook, Jessica Snook, Michael Outer & David Outer. Brother of Carole Poterela. Mr. Powell was born and lived in Clifton and then moved to Frankfort City, NJ for 15 years, he then lived in Palm Coast Florida before moving to Wantage 3 years ago. Mr. Powell was a Senior Communication Technician with AT & T in Fairfield for 39 years. He was a former parishioner of St. Bonaventure RC Church in Paterson. He was also a member of the National Thunderbird Club, NJ Thunderbird Club & the Space Coast Thunderbird Club in Florida.
