Daniel Calligaro Jr.

Calligaro, Daniel, Jr., 88, of Little Falls, passed away on January 3, 2016. Beloved husband of Margaret Mary (Holterhoff). Loving father of Daniel Calligaro of Bridgewater, David Calligaro of Indianapolis, Ind., Thomas Calligaro of Fairfax, VA, Philip Cooper - Annapolis, MD, Peter Cooper of Little Falls & Maggie Kaeser of Weston, CT., He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Brother of Roy Calligaro of Richardson, TX.

Mr. Calligaro was born in Clifton and lived in Little Falls since 1970. He was Vice President of Engineering of the WR Chestnut Engineering Co. in Fairfield since 1974. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II & the Korean Conflict. He was a former parishioner and Trustee of Sacred Heart RC Church and a member of the Immaculata Council Knights of Columbus. He was a member of the Clifton Memorial Post 347 American Legion.

Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Thursday at 9:15 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Philip the Apostle RC Church at 10 AM. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Visiting Wednesday 4-8 PM.
