Chryzanta Korduba

Korduba, Chryzanta (Terlecka), 89 of Pompton Plains, passed away on April 24, 2018. Beloved mother to Ariana Korduba Masiuk of Charlotte, NC and Peter Korduba of Rutherford, NJ. Sister to Boris Terleckyj of Wisconsin. Grandmother to Taissa Isaacs and Laryssa Rodriguez. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.

Chryzanta was born in Krekhovychi, Ukraine and came to the United States in 1951 settling in New York, she lived in Maplewood and Clifton before moving to Pompton Plains. She was Principal Scientist at Schering Plough in Bloomfield for 40 years. She was a member of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church in Passaic.

Visiting on Sunday, April 29th at Marrocco Memorial Chapel – 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton from 2 PM to 6 PM. Funeral Service on Monday, April 30th at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 9:30 AM. Interment Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery in Hamptonburgh, NY.
