Carl "Cj" Mueller

Mueller, Carl James (C.J.) of Clifton and Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey, died on February 15, 2011 following a brief illness. Proud and loving father and grandfather. Predeceased by his wife Barbara (nee Kohler). Cherished father to Carl (Christine), William (Michele Vanhoven), Donald (Deana) and Dean (Laini). Adored grandfather to C.J., Nicky and D.J. Loving brother to Max (Kay) and Walter. Loving soul mate to Lynne Enoch, his Norma Jean. Adopted father to Susan and Kevin Hayes, and Lisa and John Renzulli. Adopted grandfather to Leigh Ann and Jonathan Renzulli. C.J. is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends. C.J. was a lifelong resident of New Jersey who proudly served his country in the United States Coast Guard as a helicopter flight engineer. C.J. graduated from the Newark College of Engineering and pursued his business interests. He became an accomplished businessman, a building contractor, a real estate broker, State of New Jersey building inspector and one hell of a swing drummer. He lived life to the fullest, spending his summers in Point Pleasant Beach where he was chief lobster chef and ace drummin man with the Flying Mueller Brothers. C.J. was blessed with wit, humor, generosity and an insatiable love for life. He will be missed by all who had the privilege to know him. The family will receive relatives and friends at Marrocco Memorial Chapel, 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey, 07013, 973-249-6111 on Thursday, February 17th from 2:00 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 9:00 P.M.
