Barbara Polowczak

Polowczak, Barbara (Kuz), 99 of Garfield, passed away on November 30, 2021. Beloved wife of John Polowczak. Loving mother of Michael Polowczak and Maria Moch. Devoted grandmother to Shanya Gilmore, Steven and Andrew Moch. Dear great grandmother to Alexander, Miles and Hailey Moch.

Mrs. Polowczak was born in Ukraine and came to the United States in 1950 settling in Passaic before moving to Garfield in 1958. She was a member of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church in Passaic.

Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel - 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton on Saturday, December 11th, 2021 at 9:15 AM then to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10 AM. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery – Saddle Brook. Visiting Friday from 2PM to 4 PM. Parastas on Friday at 3 PM.

The Family requests attendees to be fully vaccinated and to please wear a mask during the visiting and funeral services in the church and at the funeral home. Additionally, the family has requested the proper social distancing be reasonably adhered to.
