Barbara Joyce Hornik

Hornik, Barbara Joyce (Timoldi) 60 . born and raised in Clifton, took eternal comfort in the Lord s hands on September 28, 2007 after a determined fight with cancer. After residing in Clifton for 48 years, she relocated with her husband to Highland Lakes, NJ for the past 12 years. She is survived by her husband Richard S. Hornik of 36 years. She was a devoted and patient mother to Keith Hornik and his wife Maudeania Easton, PA and Tracy Hornik of Hackettstown. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Sally and Jagger Easton, PA . She is also survived by her Aunt Elsie Dec Woodridge and her sister Marilyn Goodell Garfield and her brother Angelo Timoldi- Clifton . She was a loved and cherished Aunt, sister-in-law, cousin and dear friend to many. Barbara was a switchboard operator for 17 years at the Passaic General Hospital and prior she was an operator with New Jersey Bell Passaic. She was a former parishioner of Sacred Heart RC Church Clifton. In her spare time she enjoyed knitting, crocheting, baking and reading. But above all, she found the utmost enjoyment in entertaining family & friends and spending quality time with her grandchildren. Funeral from Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Wednesday at 9:15 Am -Funeral mass at Sacred Heart RC Church 10 AM . Interment Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Visiting Monday 7-9 & Tuesday 2-4 7-9 Memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or Compassionate Care Hospice of St. Clare s Hospital would be appreciated
