Mr. De Fonseca was born in Ovar, Portugal and currently resided in Wayne. He was a Machine operator for 20 years with US Metal Refinery in Carteret. Funeral Arrangements are private by Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton.
