Angeline Gawrys

Gawrys, Angeline (Lombardo), 94, of Wallington on August 29, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Benjamin Gawrys. Sister to Fred V. Lombardo of West Paterson. Loving aunt to Jeannette Barone, Dr. Joseph Lombardo, Elaine Potkalesky, Leona Teza, Donald and Brenda Grillo. She was predeceased by her sisters Susie Russo and Mary Grillo, one brother James Lombardo and one nephew Frank Russo. Mrs. Gawrys was born in Sutera, Sicily and lived in Wallington since 1955. She was a parishioner of Most Sacred Heart RC Church in Wallington. She was a seamstress at Clifton Clothing for 30 years. Mrs. Gawrys was a member of Pioneers of America and the Mussomeli Society. Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Tuesday at 8:30 AM. Funeral mass at Most Sacred Heart RC Church - Wallington at 9 AM. Entombment St. Nicholas Cemetery. Visiting Sunday 7-9 and Monday 2-4 & 7-9.
