Aldo Victor Donadel

Aldo Victor Donadel of Whiting N.J entered eternal life on December 25, 2023, he was 90. Aldo was the loving husband of Josephine (nee Valvano), they were married for 46 years prior to her passing in 2006. He was the beloved father of Angela & her husband Scott Degen, Liz Donadel & Vicky Donadel. Aldo was the cherished grandfather of Alison, Kelly, Lance & Brannon, and the dear brother to Lydia & her late husband Severino Rold, brother to the late Orlando & and his wife the late Mary. Aldo was born in Cordenons, Italy and emigrated to the US in 1948 settling in Clifton. He served the United States of America with honor and distinction in the United States Army. He was a machinist for Proto Pac Co. in Garfield, and a proud member off the Italian American Family Association in Clifton. Aldo had a talent for gardening, growing tomatoes and his own grapes to make his signature wine. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations in memory of Aldo to the VFW Post 7165, 491 Valley Road, Clifton, NJ 07013. Visiting, 6 - 8 pm, Thursday, December 28th, Marrocco Memorial Chapel, 470 Colfax Ave, Clifton, NJ. Funeral from Marrocco Memorial Chapel, 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton, NJ, Friday 9:15 AM followed by a funeral Mass 10am, Sacred Heart RC Church 145 Randolph Ave, Clifton, NJ.
