John Moskal

John Moskal, known to many as “CJ” passed away on Friday, December 8th, 2023 at the age of 71. Born in France, John immigrated to the United States in 1956 with his pre-deceased parents Anthony and Anna Moskal of Ukraine. John was a long time resident of Clifton and Garfield. He was a harding working mover for many years and retired to Whiting, NJ. John is survived by his beloved longtime partner, Carol Kerstner, her daughter Carrie, granddaughter Skylar Ann, great grand children Starla and Luna, Carol’s brother Mike and his long time partner Kathy; his dear sister Katherine Frustieri, loving nieces and nephews, Trina Lima and her husband Dennis Gloede, Dana Kievit, Shale Diakos, Brandon Frustieri and his wife Colleen. John was a doting partner, champion dart thrower, played in a pool league at the Cob Web and Darby’s and loved spending time with his adored cats Simon and Ollie.

A Memorial Service for John will be held in Marrocco Memorial Chapel, 470 Colfax Avenue, Clifton, NJ. on Sunday, December 17 from 1 pm to 4 pm.
